Overview
The main portal shows official information relevant to biosecurity including standards, legislations and supporting scientific justification, designed to protect the production and trade of agricultural commodities. The portal provides access to information maintained by competent national institutions, relevant standard setting bodies and international agencies (Codex Alimentarius Commission, the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and World Health Organization (WHO), and the World Trade Organization (WTO)).
