Participatory Disease Surveillance Networks in Tanzania and Uganda

Using findings from the initial research studies conducted in Tanzania and Uganda, this next phase of the project will establish participatory plant and animal pest/disease surveillance networks in eight districts along the common border between Uganda and Tanzania, using information technologies (based on SMS messages and "gateway" software, run by the district research stations)
Below are the Letters of Agreement with local Implementing Organisations in Tanzania and Uganda in PDF format (with finalised LoAs to be uploaded in December 2007)
