From the FSN Forum team

Since our last newsletter in May 2008, valuable knowledge and resources have been exchanged on the FSN Forum. This newsletter presents the main discussions, news, events and resources added from 20th May to 15th August.

During these months, the FSN Forum has kept growing. As of today, it has brought together nearly 900 members from 123 countries. It has held 23 e-discussions, pooled over 400 resource papers, 40 useful web-links and shared 129 news and events.

The new space - The Soaring Food Prices Forum (SFP Forum) - focuses on information and exchanges centering on the global food crisis. It has hosted interesting discussions and generated valuable information and insights. We encourage you to visit this space and contribute to its contents.

The Forum Team takes this opportunity to thank all the members and facilitators for their active participation and great support.
