	INTA - World Urban Development Congress [LAT]	From 2 November 2008 to 5 November 2008
	The City of Riga, the capital of Latvia, is hosting INTA’s next World Urban Development Congress 2nd till 5th of November 2008. Major development projects in Riga, the largest city in the Baltic States, are transforming the city centre, the metropolitan region and the country as a whole, increasingly attracting visitors and investors.
